One-Person Animation Studio

02 The Studio

Comedy with edge.
Stories with heart.

I'm a one-person animation studio making animated films and branded content that's funny, a little edgy, and quietly heartwarming. The kind of stuff that earns the laugh and then earns the moment after it. Creating original IP, open to brand collaborations when the fit feels right.

04 About
Jordan Corbett, animator and founder of Jordan Corbett Studio in Springfield, MO

I'm a one-person animation studio in Springfield, MO.

I write, direct, score, and handle the production. Typically solo, start to finish. Fewer middlemen, faster turnaround, and the person you hired is the person who made the thing.

I do brand work for companies who want the spot to feel like a small film instead of a small interruption. Something with a real point of view, not just a product placed in motion. Ten years in brand marketing means I know the difference between animation that looks good and animation that actually works.

Branded animation, animated commercials, original IP, and short film. Most brand work is for companies that want their content to feel like a small film rather than a small interruption. I also develop original animated characters and series on an ongoing basis.

Yes — I work remotely with clients anywhere in the US. Springfield is home base, but most of my brand work is with clients I've never met in person.

I write, direct, score, and handle production. Typically solo, start to finish. You hire one person and that person makes the thing. Fewer handoffs, faster turnaround, and the creative vision stays intact.

It collapses the production cost and timeline without compromising the creative. What used to require a full team and a significant budget I can now do solo. The AI handles execution — the writing, direction, and taste still require a human.

Short-form content (30–60 seconds) typically takes 1–2 weeks. Longer projects get scoped individually depending on complexity.

Brands with a real point of view. The work lands best when there's something to say beyond "here's our product." Consumer brands — fast food, beverages, lifestyle, entertainment — that want their content to feel like something people would watch on purpose.
